Performer's Playhouse is a not-for-profit performing arts school for ages 4 to adult in Pembroke Pines, Florida. Our studio's theatrical setting is both beautiful and unique. The Playhouse has an atmosphere that is mixed with both creative intensity and fun. Beginning performers can see where their work will lead, while more advanced performers will constantly reinforce their foundation skills.

Our instructors will create the "triple threat" performer. As the name implies, this performer is one who can act, dance, and sing. Both dancers and singers will enhance their performing abilities by taking acting classes...just in the same way that actors will greatly benefit from beginner jazz classes. It is by learning and practicing all three disciplines that our performers will develop skills and talent to become "triple threat".

Classes are on-going, so the student can join at any time. Whether the student wants to become a professional performer, or go into another field, the training at our Playhouse is invaluable. All of our programs help students see their potentials, discover their talents, and instill in them a love and appreciation of the arts that will last a lifetime.

River Aguirre

River recently got a part in a commercial for Oreck Home Products. His most exciting news is that he was recently cast in the off-Broadway production of 'Caroline, or Change' playing the role of Joe Thibodeaux. He will be living in New York for the next few months for the rehearsals and shows.

Erika Fassrainer

Erika has been cast as Velma Von Tussle in Performer's Playhouse upcoming production of 'Hairspray'. She is also cast in 'A Chorus Line' which will be performed at a local theatre in Coral Gables, Florida. She is now auditioning for entrance into various performing arts high schools.

Gianina Mugavero

Gia just recently finished performing in a one month run of a regional theatre production of 'Beauty and the Beast'. Her next performance will be exciting as she shows off her singing, dancing, and acting skills in Performer's Playhouse upcoming production of 'Hairspray'.

Mandy Figueroa

Mandy continues to study acting, voice, and dance at Performer's Playhouse to enhance her triple threat skills. You can see her perform next as Penny Pingleton in Performer's Playhouse upcoming production of 'Hairspray'. In May, she will also perform as Baby June in a local theatre production of 'Gypsy' in Weston Florida.

All of our classes consist of 7-week sessions with all ending in a showcase or performance for family and friends. The first performances will be during the week of October 19, 2009. Call our studio for specific performance dates and times.
