
Q - How do I register for classes?
A - The registration fee is $40 and is a one time fee as long as you are enrolled at the studio. Should you leave and decide to come back within six months, you will not have to repay the fee.. if un-enrolled longer than six months, you will have to re-register. Payments for classes are due when you sign up for the class. You may mail a check for payment to Performers Playhouse, make a credit card payment by phone, or come by the studio to make a payment. We accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express.
Q - Can I view a class before I sign up?
A - Yes, with advanced permission you may view a class
Q - What if I sign up for a class that has already begun its session?
A - Our classes are ongoing so you can start at any time. If you have missed a particular lesson/lessons, you can take them in the following session.
Q - What if I miss a class?
A - Make-up classes can be arranged with the instructor.
Q - What is your cancellation policy?
A - A full refund will be given if you cancel a class two weeks prior to the class starting. A partial refund of 50% will be given if you cancel less than two weeks before the class begins. After the class begins, no refund will be given. This is necessary to keep our classes small, therefore resulting in a more effective class
Q - How many students are in each class?
A - It varies by class, however we like to limit our classes to approximately 10 performers
Q - How are classes structured?
A - All classes have beginning, intermediate, and advanced levels. Classes are grouped by ages: Children ages 4-6, Pre-teen ages 7-12, Teen ages 13 to 17, Adult 18 and over.
Q - Do you offer any discounts?
A - Yes, we offer a 15% discount for siblings. Also,
Performers taking 2 or more classes will receive a discount in fees. |
